    (12-03-2010 05:23, ~bobilebarge)

Yes we are Irish and pround to be Irish !! Our nation were part of the world cup qualifier. That is an achivment on its own already. Ok, we lost, but we wish good luck to France during the world cup. Thierry Henry is a legend in this sport. I mean, in the history of Irish football, nobody never won any world cup or european cup. He won both in 1998 and 2000. That dude is a legend, big up for Henry!! :)

    (05-03-2010 05:48, ~jamesyireland)

In Ireland we have a term which although vernacular is completely understood from Donegal to Dublin to Cork City. That term is 'Spoofer'. Look it up for it aptly and fully sums up the nature of the French people today. To say one thing and do another not only exposes for all to see the true essence of one's character but also serves to remind us all just how hard it is to do the right thing. For that 'La Belle France' I thank you, if all be it for that alone!

    (05-03-2010 05:42, ~jamesyireland)

I am a student of French language and culture and I tell you solemnly with regret that Gaelic French relations have been struck a crushing blow. I no longer care to set foot on your soil for any reason. If I did I would feel that it were in betrayal of moral principle and as FIFA say 'Fair Play'.

  • You will pay for
    (05-03-2010 05:39, ~jamesyireland)

You will pay for what you have done. That is probably the only thing I am certain of apart from death and taxes. Vive la republique! That is the TRUE Republic; the Irish Republic, for France's conduct both sportingly and politically post this match was nothing short of disgraceful and it need not be said that the so called French Republic no longer has the moral authority to challenge others in the name of justice.

  • I issue a sincere
    (05-03-2010 05:32, ~jamesyireland)

I issue a sincere warning to Mr Thierry 'Connard' Henry. Do not walk the streets of Dublin ever again. I warn you with no racial prejudice intended, merely the rage of embittered nation who were cheated in the light of the Stade de Paris at your hand.

  • Bravo les bleus

    Bravo les bleus

France scored in the previous leg againts Ireland so it was 1 - 1 on aggregate.

    (02-03-2010 21:02, ~minilulatsch)

I guess, because of the 1:0 Ireland and France had the same points and the same goals. So the game had to be decided in the overtime, or by penalty shootout. But when France scored the 1:1 they had two points more than Ireland.

    (10-02-2010 19:01, ~video referee)

info fans: only what is needed in football was finally to drive the video referee, to avoid the contested decision. See the world the revolutionary project IVSR net site (international virtual school referees). There is also a video on youtube MINICAM VIDEO REFEREE (how to see eye referee). And it is very important to make a lot of pressure fans on FIFA and UEFA representatives, but I myself can not do anything against the old (conservative) people who ”govern“ football.
